Paul Thapar is part of a family tradition of Realtors. His
family opened their Real Estate Firm in 1958 in England. Since then, 23 members
of the family are established Realtors all over the world.
Paul resides in Toronto, Ontario and has been a part of the community for
nearly 30 years. His wife Monica is also a Realtor with an ASA
(Accredited Senior Agent) designation. They have two children who graduated from Toronto French
Immersion Schools.
In his youth Paul was an enthusiastic singer and guitar player. As a relaxation
he now plays the guitar along with his 23 year old daughter Meghan on the piano
and his 18 year old son Ryan providing the vocals!!!
He graduated from the University of Delhi in 1986 with a degree in commerce. To
further his education he joined York University. However Paul knew his true
passion was sales and marketing having experienced the challenges of sales
working for an International Publishing Company as a senior Sales Rep. Since joining
Real Estate in the boom of 1989 Paul has never looked back.
Paul's three pillars of strength are his burning commitment to his clients,
unparalleled negotiating skills, and strong work ethics. What sets him apart
from others in the field is his long term relationship building with his
clients who become part of his big family.
Paul had achieved recognition in RE/MAX Canada for outstanding sales (2001-2017)
from the President Mr.Schneider and Chairman Mr. Polzler and has been a member of
RE/MAX's coveted Hall of Fame. Paul attributes his success to his loyal clients
and the referrals they send him.
